A FANGirl's Forkstress of Solitude

New Moon Poster

spunkransomreveals

Reasons I hesitate to believe:

  • Has anyone else seen that picture of Robward before? It looks familiar to me.
  • It looks like a lot of the wonderful fanmades we’ve seen in recent months with the coloring and mistiness.

Reasons I want to believe:

  • Summit might have actually listened to the fans and taken a page out of the fanmade book. It gives me hope.
  • Instead of a crescent moon in the background, it looks like an eclipse. That’s something I haven’t seen in fanmades.
  • While the pose is weird, I like that Jacob is getting between Bella and Edward.
  • Edward is eclipsing Jacob, much like the moon is eclipsing the sun above them.

  3. http://popwatch.ew.com/popwatch/2009/05/twilight-new–2.html also says this is the real poster. And they’ve also commented on how much it looks like a fanmade. Nice!
